Managing international relations in the field of labor administration, technical cooperation in matters of labor and Human Resource development is one of the tasks and responsibilities of the ministry of Human Resource. I hope none of this corruption in the management. I wish and set a high hope that one day I will be able to be a minister of Human Resource.

This is all about me, my education and career planning id I took Human Resource Management as my primary choice to further my study. Despite of deep interest in this field, Human Resource Management also serve a lot of golden opportunity in Malaysia, especially in the future. This job is not only about making money, but also mainly about how to improve my race level in this modernity lives. As this field is less monopolized by the Malay bumiputras, I think I've had the responsibilities to help my own people. I will surely do anything to achieve my goals. Moreover, dentistry will be one of rewarding career and surely people will start to look for a chance to get to know more about it.

                                                          I HAVE SEEN A GHOST

There are people who believe in ghosts and there are people who don't. I my self was a skeptic a few years ago. All that changed when i had a paranormal experience one fateful sunday just a year ago.

I had gone to Malacca with my friend during the scholl holidays. We went to a quiet village and a relative of my friend hade mad us welcome and offered us the use of one her rooms. The village was was a far cry from the city where we lived. There was no hustle and tussle of the rat_race found in the city. The days moved at a leisurely pace and we had lots of fun fishing in the river and climbing trees to pluck rambutans and mangoes. It seemed that life in the village was absolutely carefree.

One day, ali claimed that she had heard that there was a hauted house at the outskirt of the village. She said that the house was very old and was in a badly ruined condition but none of the villagers would go near it. We thought that ali was just pulling our legs when our host,Aminah, stepped in. We asked Aminah if there was such a house and she assured us that indeed there was. That night, Siti suggested that we go to the presumed hauted house and prove to the rest of the superdtitious villagers once and for all that there was no such thing as ghosts.

WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY COUNTRY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE ?

Malaysia is known as a great country. In Malaysia there are different types of people . For example , Malay, Chinese , Indian and many more ... But this day is our country still a better place to live ? There were many incidents that took place in our country. Our country suffers from murders, rape, child abduction, accidents, and others. Each incidents that happened scared all residents of Malaysia. This thing happened no matter on what kind of age, race and gender. How are we going to make our country a better place to live ?

We still have a best hope for our county to be a better place. To make our country a better place to live in is hard for a teenager like me and other people. But I can in my simple ways like encouraging my fellow youth to be cooperative and responsible towards each other..  Do not be selfish . Together we can take care of the safety of others and ourselves . For the goodness of us all. In addition, to strengthen the relationship. I think and I truly believe that “A journey of a thousand mile must begin with a single step." Let's join hands to make our country a better place to live in. If everyone joins in a simple act, big wonders can happen!

Living Among Different Races

Malaysia is a multiracial country. Malaysia has a population of 23.27 million consisting of 61 percent Malays, 30 percent Chinese, 8 percent Indians and 1 percent of other ethnic groups. Malaysia is unique because of its diversity of races, religions and cultures, the stability of the country and many places of interests. Besides, there are many international achievements which are the pride of our nation.

Diversity of races, religions and cultures is a significant characteristic of our nation. Malaysia is a multiracial country with a rich cultural heritage. Unique to Malaysia is the 'Open House' concept where during the various cultural and religious festival like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Gawai Day and others, friends and families and even strangers would visit the homes of those who are celebrating the festival, to wish them well and enjoy the feast prepared by the hosts. Although the visitors may be from different races, they still can tolerate with each other and live under the same roof where they celebrate the festival together. This will help to strengthen the ties among themselves.

Moreover, the stability and peacefulness of Malaysia is also a uniqueness of us. We live harmoniously in a country where there are no wars and conflicts among Malaysians. War is dreadful and it may deteriorate humans' lives. We are fortunate that our country is safe and runs off the war. So, people can live safely here. Somehow, Malaysia is a paradise for those Iraqis or Pakistanis. Besides, our country is freed from natural disasters such as earthquakes. Earthquakes may bring death and destroy many buildings. Therefore, Malaysia is unique because of the stability and peaceful environment.

On top of that, there are many places of interests in country such as beaches, islands and rain forest. Malaysia's rain forest is considered as the oldest in the world. The diverse species of animals and plant life continue to excite a great deal of scientific research. Many believe that some undiscovered plant may hold cures to many currently incurable human diseases. There are many islands in our country such as Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Redang, Pulau Ketam and many others. Pulau Langkawi has a lot of historitical informations. Those who are in favour of history can go there to explore the history of that place. All the beaches in those islands are beautiful. The sand is soft and white. The accommodation is well-established and that makes those islands ideal places to visit.

Following this, there are also international achievements of our country. Those achievements include the existence of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Formula One (F1) racing circuit and the Petronas Twin Towers. KLIA is unique because it has all that is needed for business, entertainment and relaxation within its boundaries. The airport is part and parcel of the Multimedia Super Corridor where high technology industries are being actively developed. Nevertheless, there is a Formula One Race Track near the airport, so foreign car racing enthusiasts from all over the world can come for a visit to gather here. Besides that, Petronas Twin Towers which is a building that soars 452 metres into the sky is once upon a time, the tallest building in the world and yet it is a national pride to the people of Malaysia.

In short, Malaysia is unique that it has diversity of races, religions and cultures, a stable and peaceful environment, places of interest and some internal achievements. Those are important characteristic of our nation. It is rich of cultural heritage; it would be worth to play a visit here.

I want To Live In..... WHY?

When people ask me about the place I always wanted to go,i will simply say 'PARIS'. Then they will ask me again, why PARIS? That is the question and i don't know why and how to answer. Maybe they will never understand it but someday i will tell them WHY ..For now,let me keep this as my own special request to God, So that one day it will come true

Paris,France is the place where fashion, culture and music are fobricated together and of course where love will live forever HAHA. Paris usually known as the City of love and why they call it so, I just don't have any idea. Some pepole also say that,Paris is the City of night, probably because it has an amazing scenery during the night.

There is a place in Paris where I always dream of going. Have you ever hard about the Eiffel Tower? Yes it is the place where my heart belongs. For me, it is the most wonderful place in Earth. Some people always ask me, why do yo want to go there? It is just a Tower and there is nothing more than that,,, i know they will always say a thing like that but for me its more than that.

Paris is the place that had inspired me the most. Someday,me,myself, will be there for real. I won't  stop believing,i will hold on to this feeling, till i am there. I really believe that true happiness is measured by one memory.  Being there will be the most perfect memory for me to cherish the rest of my life especially with the person i love and with my friend. I hope someday it will come true . They may say that i am a dreamer, but i know i am not the only one

MALAYSIA & ME.!!

Malaysia. It is a name that I always keep in my mind. It is the place that I have been giving birth on, then I grow bigger, stronger, healthiear until I am now. Without a doubt, I love my own country,

Malaysia. I think Malaysia is an ancient wonder of nature and full of aboriginal culture.

I must confess that I love Malaysia because of its breathtaking scenery and the greenness of the rich land . It is about sunny and moist along the year in this country. So, our land is rich of the tropical rainforest especially in the east coast of Malaysia. Just imagine that you take the canopy walk to get a bird’s eye view of the world’s oldest rainforest, it sures amazed you. Besides, Malaysia is well known for its natural scenic beauty. For instance, you can experience a cave exploration at Niah Cave or mountain climbing at Mount Kinabalu.

Surely this is a nice change of pace, away from the hustle and crowdness of the city life.  Malaysia is a cosmopolitan country but we have three major races, that is Malays, Chinese and Indians. Even though we come from different races, background, language and skin colour, we live as a big family. Helping each other. Instead of argument, we choose to live in a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. We treat other people brotherly or sisterly and always have great respect for each other. We took every problem to round-table talks. There are also small number of natives people, which included the Kadazan, Bidayuh, Iban, Melanau and so on.

Indeed, Malaysia is a country of varied cultures and traditions. Here, I met many people from different cultures and we share our faith and trust. For instance, the Malays believe the existence of Allah and their traditional costumes is “Baju Kurung” and “Baju Melayu”. Besides, others cultures also have very unique tradition. Such as Kadazan, Bidayuh, Iban and so on. They have their own traditional costumes and foods.
